1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "you") and TriCode Studio ("TriCode Studio", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the StoreCraft software application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, or using StoreCraft, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service & Eligibility

StoreCraft is a specialized web-based visual editor designed for mobile application developers, publishers, and marketers. The Service enables users to upload application screenshots, customize marketing copy and typography, preview designs within device frames (including modern smartphone mockups), translate copy into multiple target locales, and export high-resolution graphic assets formatted for app marketplaces such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent to use this Service. By using StoreCraft, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Subscription Billing & Payment Terms

StoreCraft offers both free basic access and paid recurring subscription tiers ("StoreCraft Pro"):

• StoreCraft Pro ($49/month): Billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Subscription includes unlimited high-resolution exports, all 4 visual design presets, multi-language translation, and batch ZIP archiving.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through our authorized Merchant of Record and payment gateway partners (such as Lemon Squeezy or Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your self-service customer billing portal or by emailing our support desk at support@tricodestudio.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to StoreCraft Pro through the end of your current billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days prior notice to your registered email address.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of StoreCraft. If StoreCraft Pro does not meet your operational expectations, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase or renewal. 5. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

TriCode Studio Ownership: The StoreCraft software, interface designs, templates, code, device frame rendering engines, documentation, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of TriCode Studio. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the web studio in accordance with your subscription tier.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use StoreCraft to:

• Upload or distribute content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, patents, or trademarks without authorization;
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the StoreCraft platform;
• Resell, sublicense, or rent direct access to the StoreCraft application itself without written consent from TriCode Studio.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRICODE STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FULLY COMPLIANT WITH FUTURE THIRD-PARTY APP STORE GUIDELINES WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY APPLE INC. OR GOOGLE LLC.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRICODE STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TRICODE STUDIO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of TriCode Studio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding individual arbitration.
